Barrington Tops Black Truffle Finishing Salt

Once a year we receive a special delivery of fresh Black Truffles from Barrington Tops.  Truffles are a highly sought after culinary delicacy that can infuse dishes with an umami-rich depth unmatched by other ingredients.  They are a rare luxury, an indulgence.  You will find other commercially available truffle salts, you will not find any that start with a wet truffle weight of around 15%.  As always, its important us to be true to the flavours at at around three times what most products contain, this is as true as it gets.
