Roasted Acacia Victoriae Wattleseed

Roasted Acacia victoriae (also known as Bramble or Prickly Wattle) is regarded as a premium ingredient within the Australian native spice industry.  When roasted it has a complex, nutty, coffee, dark chocolate, sweet spice profile.  It is often steeped as a caffeine-free coffee substitute and is famous for it brings too baking applications, added to dampers, bread scones, biscuits, muffins and pancakes.
