Lemon Myrtle

Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) is an aromatic Australian native herb rich in natural citral, giving it a citrusy, sweet and bright profile.  Our small flake dried leaf is perfect for steeping herbal tea infusions, as a flavouring in cordials and syrups, blended into spice mixes or added to breads, biscuits and cakes
